Lucien And Marcel Home Care Limited was incorporated to deliver a comprehensive range of community-based services, improving the quality of life, build closer relationships with agencies working with vulnerable people, Councils Social Care Services (CSCS) and provides a culturally aware private domiciliary care services to the community as a whole. The future of professional health care services lies on the hand of the independent health sector. England alone has the highest numbers of people in receipt of home care services because of its large population.
Ironically, most councils contract out the supply of home care services to the independent sector, which now provides over four-fifths of publicly funded home care. Lucien And Marcel Home Care Limited (L&MHC Ltd) was incorporated specifically to focus on the provision of experienced workers to this independent sector, charities, and local authorities. The company has positioned itself to supply people with working experience to the following groups: Older people in need of personal; care Adults with physical disabilities; People with long-term medical conditions People in need of rehabilitation or support following hospital discharge.

Our Targets

We will provide a range of specialist recruitment services; supplying staffs to local authorities, private companies and The NHS and residential households. Providing fully accredited training is at the heart of what we do. We offer a range of training courses and qualifications including NVQs in a broader range of disciplines to care workers and new entrants to care services.
